Coil and Store-up

If your losing store-up and can’t get your right arm to work properly coming down, chances are your Body Shape is out. We have uploaded a new Live Lesson that shows how to use the right arm properly and why most people lose their store-up coming down. It’s a pretty common pattern and as Gary shows in this lesson, if you get it right you can get a lot more distance without going to the Gym and lifting heavy weights!
Staying over coming down is important but too many people try to do it the wrong way. In The Right Sided Swing the left side stays high through impact and the head does not stay down! We have just posted some video on it. Coming this month we have a full Live Lesson on store-up, and how to get it, a video on how to work on your swing with your Ipad, Iphone and the lastest swing Apps, and the some more HD swings from the tour.

Gary often says when players are on course they try to fade the ball the wrong way. Peter Senior is now finding it easier to fade the ball. We have just posted a new video in the Members Area of Peter showing how he does it. This month we also have video of Gavin Coles talking to LET player Rebecca Artis about how he optimises his driver spin rate and trajectory, so he gets more roll when it hits the ground. New high def slow-motion swings and a Live Lesson on store-up and compression.
We have posted some new video in the members area that explains how to get store-up and shows some recent swings from one of our international students. Jeon is from Korea and has changed her swing from a very left sided action, to model right sided in a short amount of time. Check out how she did it the new Before and After lessons section.
This month Gary talks about the importance of the core in The Right Sided Swing, how it is more important to get things working in the right direction around the core, than to have a really strong core. We also have new Hd swing video and Live Lessons on Store-up and how to remove the baby under the arm look in the downswing.
