Hi Gary, I had a cycling accident in February. Problem is I am now unable to fully straighten left arm with about a 20 degree bend, which will be permanent. Bent left arm is usually not a good thing! How I should go about rebuilding my swing around a bent left arm. Regards Mike.

If you have the Shape right going back then the arm action coming down can be direct and more powerful. In the RSS the right arm stays below the left and the left shoulder stays high coming down. It then slots into position and is ready to get out of the way.
Forearm Rotation
