Stopping the Flip

Flip (500x243)Most Golfer are aware they flip. When your wrist angles suddenly change, you can feel it. It is not a good feeling either. Most students we film flip it under, which means the left wrist acutely increases in angle and the angle of the right wrist straightens. They usually have closed club-faces going back and vertical shoulders coming into the ball so flipping is a necessity. We have just posted a new Live Lesson in the Members Area, Gary Explains how to maintain your wrist angles and get true loft at impact.
