Peter Senior has been struggling the last few weeks with his shape. Last week the pins placements were all on the front and the back of the greens and he had a lot of shots that were in between clubs. He elected to go with less club and hit it harder. This made him start to get some of the old moves back, more shift, excessive leg action etc. He has been doing some work with Gary this week on Skype trying to cut out the extra moves and make his long iron swings more like his wedges. This is a good lesson when you are in between clubs ! Take more club and control the flight, jumping out of your skin may work in the short term but will effect your swing in the long term.
