The Training Process

The training process is one that we believe takes time and cannot be learned without sufficient theory and practical experience.

All of our coaches must successfully complete our unique accreditation course GEGAS, which gives them the platform to learn, monitor and continually improve their coaching. Below you will find information on the course and get a better idea of the training your instructor has completed.
