In the Right Sided Swing the angle of the wrists created at set-up is maintained throughout the swing. This is a difficult concept for people to grasp and it is impossible to perform if you do not start with the correct wrist and arm angles. Cupping the wrists and excessive wrist action creates weak swings with no compression. We have just posted some new video and drills that will fix cupping and over-hinging and give you a stronger more penetrating ball flight. We have more video coming this month on the correct movement of the lower half, new Live Lessons and Before and After video.
